Mission and Objectives
Blessing Home Care Agency believes that disabilities are not a reason to inhibit individuals from achieving their equal rights, opportunities, and obligations. So, BHC through support coordination and qualitative care services, assist the developmentally challenged individuals to assume their full responsibility as members of society. In this way, they maximize their full potential and freedom of choices within their community.
The Vision of Blessing Home Care Agency Transitioning to Adulthood
BHC partners with the state of New Jersey in her effort to provide a system of support and services that ensure the qualitative transition of the developmentally challenged individuals into adulthood with dignity and respect.
BHC provides home and community-based services for adults age 21 and above currently living with family members or independently in unlicensed homes.
For BHC qualitative care helps to reduce the population of developmentally challenged individuals waiting for supports and services.
BHC also engages in a person-centered planning process with individual and (upon request) their family, develop their Individualized Service Plan, and ensure connections to service providers.
BHC looks forward to the technical assistance and quality assurances from Waiver Assurance Coordinators/Division Staff to ensure that quality care services are made available to developmentally challenged individuals to help develop their potentials.
